Another cold snap is on the way; the entire state of Arizona minus one rejoices. It’s warm and sunny today, though, and out for a walk I went. All of the century plants are blooming as if by accord; the amount of rain is exactly right.
And the ocotillos are blooming, even those cut into fences.

And last night we caught Joe Pagac in the act of painting a new mural on Congress Street. Good times. And now we’re about to go see 42, the Jackie Robinson movie. Can’t wait.
